Turkish Restaurant in Baghdad for rent

BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: The Turkish Restaurant in Baghdad that consists of 14 floors is for rent for 30 years, the Baghdad Mayoralty said on Wednesday.
“The step comes to rehabilitate the building,” said a release issued by the Mayoralty’s media office and received by Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
It said that the building is at a very important spot in the Iraqi capital.
“The building could be used as a hotel, offices, or restaurants,” it said.
The statement said that the rent should end in 2039 and for ID140 million per year.
