Security, economic developments go together in Ninewa – minister

NINEWA / Aswat al-Iraq: The Iraqi Planning Minister Ali Baban said Wednesday that economic improvement in Ninewa is essential for better security in the province.

Baban said that both developments will not be achieved unless Ninewa is unified.
“Borders within the province should be removed,” Baban said in a press conference in Ninewa attended by Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
“There are plans for big investment projects in Ninewa,” he said.
