Two blasts wound 13 in Baghdad

BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: Thirteen persons on Sunday were wounded in two car bomb blasts that ripped through the Iraqi capital, according to a police source.

“A booby-trapped car parked near the Faculty of Administration and Economy in al-Talbiya area went off while a U.S. patrol vehicle was passing the location, wounding six civilians,” the source told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
“Meanwhile, another car bomb detonated inside a police garage in western Baghdad, wounding seven police personnel,” according to the same source.
