20 detainees released in Falluja

ANBAR / Aswat al-Iraq: Twenty detainees who have been cleared of all wrongdoing were released on Saturday in Anbar’s Falluja city, according to a local police source.

“Those released were delivered to their next of kin after they have been proven innocent of all charges against them,” Maj. Hamid Mohammed told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.

Falluja is 45 km west of the Iraqi capital; while Ramadi, the capital city of Anbar province, lies 110 km west of Baghdad.
