2 golds for Iraq in World Muay Thai Championship

BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: Two Iraqi wrestlers have won gold medals in the World Muay Thai Championship that is currently taking place in the Thai capital Bangkok, according to a media source.

“On Wednesday evening, the Iraqi youth team earned two gold medals in the competitions, which are scheduled to end today,” Haydar al-Itabi told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
Two other Iraqi fighters will play their final matches today, increasing Iraq’s chances of winning more golds.
Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) is a form of hard martial art practiced in large parts of the world, including Thailand and other Southeast Asian countries.
