7 arrested on criminal, terror charges in Wassit

WASSIT / Aswat al-Iraq: Iraqi forces on Sunday arrested seven wanted men on criminal and terror-related charges in northern Wassit province, according to a local security source.

“On Sunday, a joint force from the Iraqi army and police captured seven wanted men during a raid on several houses in al-Saadiya neighborhood, al-Aziziya district (90 km north of Kut),” the source told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
