81 wanted men, suspects arrested in Basra

BASRA / Aswat al-Iraq: Policemen in Basra arrested 44 men wanted on “criminal” charges and 37 suspects in a wide-scale search raid in different areas of the province, according to Basra’s police information office.

“The force also seized a large amount of munitions,” the office told Aswat al-Iraq news agency, not revealing the number or types of these munitions.
