Car bomb explodes in Mosul

NINEWA / Aswat al-Iraq: A car bomb went off in western Mosul city without causing any casualties, said a security source from Ninewa province’s police.
“The explosion took place in al-Abbar neighborhood, western Mosul,” the source told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
“The explosion was not aimed at any target,” he added.
Mosul, the capital city of Ninewa province, lies 405 km north of Baghdad.
