11 al-Qaeda gunmen arrested in Diala

DIALA / Aswat al-Iraq: Police forces on Thursday arrested eleven al-Qaeda gunmen in north of Baaquba, the chief of the Diala police said.

“Police forces launched a military operation in al-Hashimiya village in Khales district, north of Baaquba, where they arrested 11 al-Qaeda wanted men,” General Abdul Hussein al-Shemri told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
