Large arms cache found in Falluja

ANBAR / Aswat al-Iraq: A large cache containing weapons and ammunition was found in eastern Falluja city, according to a local commander.

“The cache was found in a deserted agricultural area in Falluja’s Subaihat,” Lt. Col. Hatef Mohammed told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
The cache contained 40 Katyusha rockets, 17 mortar shells, 20 anti-aircraft rockets, hand grenades, etc, according to the official.

Falluja lies 45 km west of Baghdad; while Ramadi, the capital city of Anbar, is 110 west of Baghdad.
