25 wanted men arrested in Diala

DIALA / Aswat al-Iraq: Police forces arrested 25 wanted persons in military operations throughout Diala, the province’s police commander said on Wednesday.
“13 persons were arrested in Baaquba, nine in al-Saadiya district, east of Baaquba, and three in Hibhib district, north of Baaquba,” General Abdul Hussein al-Shemri told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
“A cannonballs cache was found during an operation in Baladruz district, north of Baaquba,” he added.
Baaquba, the capital city of Diala province, lies 57 km northeast of Baghdad.
