Bomb explodes without casualties in Kirkuk

KIRKUK / Aswat al-Iraq: An explosive charge went off on Wednesday targeting a police vehicle patrol in southern Kirkuk, without casualties, while police defused another bomb in northern Kirkuk, a security source said.
“An explosive device went off on Wednesday afternoon (Feb. 11) on al-Kournish street near the Kirkuk games city in southern Kirkuk, targeting a police vehicle patrol without casualties,” the source told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
“The Azadi police managed to detonate a sticky bomb in Masli region in northern Mosul,” he added.
Kirkuk is 250 km north of Baghdad.
