Ammo cache seized near Hilla

BABEL / Aswat al-Iraq: A weapons cache containing 700 pieces was found in northern Babel province, a local police source said on Saturday.

“A police force raided a house in al-Hay al-Askari area, al-Maseeb district (40 km north of Hilla), and seized 700 pieces of arms, including rockets, missiles, mortars and hand grenades,” the source told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
The source did not provide further details.
