4 gunmen detained northeast of Baaquba

DIALA / Aswat al-Iraq: Joint forces on Monday arrested four gunmen in northeast of Baaquba, a security source said.

“A joint force of police and army personnel arrested four gunmen in Balour region in northeast of Baaquba,” the source told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.

“The force found also different kind of weapons at a house of one of the gunmen,” he added, without giving more details.

Baaquba, the capital of Diala, is 57 km northeast of Baghdad.
