2 unknown bodies found in Makhmour

ARBIL / Aswat al-Iraq: Two unknown bodies were found in Iraq’s northern Makhmour district, a local security source said on Monday.

“On Monday, police forces found two unknown bodies belonging to civilians on a road between al-Kweer and Makhmour,” the source told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
“The bodies bore gunshot wounds to the head and chest and were delivered to the morgue,” the source added.
Makhmour district is administratively affiliated with Ninewa province. It lies 68 km southwest of Arbil city, which is located 362 km northeast of the Iraqi capital Baghdad.
