Police free kidnapped person, detain kidnappers in Karbala

KARBALA / Aswat al-Iraq: Police forces on Thursday freed a kidnapped person and arrested his kidnappers in Karbala, the police chief said.

“Our security forces managed to free a kidnapped man in al-Husseiniya region in the north of Karbala during a security raid and arrested the two kidnappers,” General Ali Jassem Mohamed told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
