Police free kidnapped person in Baghdad

BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: Police forces on Tuesday released a kidnapped person after a shootout with his kidnappers in eastern Baghdad, a security source said.
“A police force freed Ramzi Ramadan Rashied, 30, after a shootout with his kidnappers in al-Husseiniya district in eastern Baghdad,” the source told Aswat al-Iraq.“The forces stormed the placed where the man was kept after receiving a tip,” he added.“The freed man is from Arbil and the kidnappers managed to flee,” he also said, without giving more details.
