Security forces net 2 cons in Basra

THI-Qar / Aswat al-Iraq: Security forces on Thursday arrested two individuals in Basra on charges of cheating a contractor in Thi-Qar by claiming they were government officials.
“Security forces captured two individuals working in security offices in Basra for claiming they were financial advisers to Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki,” a Nassiriya security source told Aswat al-Iraq.
“The two were accused of cheating a big contractor in Nassiriya, taking about $200.000 and before disappearing.”
Nassiriya, the capital city of Thi-Qar, lies 375 km south of Baghdad
