4 wanted persons captured near Nassiriya

THI-QAR / Aswat al-Iraq: Thi-Qar policemen captured on Saturday four men wanted by security authorities south of the city of al-Nassiriya, the province’s police department spokesman said.
“Police personnel in the Karmat Bani Said station arrested four men wanted on charges of killing a girl in the area that lies 45 km south of Nassiriya,” Col. Sadeq al-Mashrafawi told Aswat al-Iraq.
“The arrested men are currently under investigative custody,” he added.
Nassiriya, the capital city of Thi-Qar province, is 380 km south of Baghdad.
