BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon stressed that his tomorrow's visit to Iraq aims at encouraging Iraq to implement it is remaining obligations towards Kuwait according to UN Security Council's resolutions and solve all pending questions for more advanced bilateral relations between the two countries.
Moon is visiting Kuwait today, Wednesday, on the same subject.
On the other hand, Iraqi sources said that UN Secretary General will interfere in Iraqi internal problems, particularly those between Baghdad and Arbil.
In a statement to Kuwaiti KUNA news agency, he confirmed his desire to discuss Iraqi-Kuwaiti questions with the leaders of both countries.
He praised the developing relations between the two countries, due to high ranking visits.
It is expected that Secretary Moon will hold talks with heads of the political circles in Iraq and parliament member and to neutrally intervene in solving the Baghdad-Arbil crisis.
