BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: MP Mohammed al-Khalidi disclosed today that Parliament Speaker Usama Nujaifi will visit the Kurdish region with three suggestions to end the security crisis in the disputed areas.
It is the second visit within two weeks, as he stated.
The visit is expected within the coming few days to discuss the security crisis, after having a meeting with Premier Nouri al-Maliki.
He added that Nujaifi will have three suggestions, but did not clarify the nature of these initiatives.
Nujaifi discussed with Maliki the reasons for obstacles facing the talks between Baghdad and Arbil.
Earlier, Nujaifi met Kurdish President Masoud Barzani on 22 November, 2012 where internal situation was discussed and the efforts underway to solve these crises.
