4 with Saudi flags arrested in Diala

DIALA / Aswat al-Iraq: The police arrested four persons with 225 flags of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the so-called Islamic State of Iraq (IS) group north of Baaquba on Friday, a security source said.
“Forces from al-Salam area in al-Khalis district, (15 km) north of Baaquba, detained four persons in the village of Rakat Hadji al-Suhail with 225 flags, mostly of Saudi Arabia and the ISI,” the source told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
“Initial investigations with the detained four men showed that they belong to the ISI,” he added.
Meanwhile, the same source said, the forces also captured the self-styled amir (leader) of al-Raka area, Zayd Nizar, in al-Husseiniya area, Baghdad, on charges of involvement in six murders.
Baaquba, the capital city of the volatile province of Diala, lies 57 km northeast of Baghdad.
