BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: The Council of Ministers has allocated 100 billion dinars to compensate citizens harmed by recent rains, according to the state-run al-Iraqiya television.

 

“The Council of Ministers formed a commission of inquiry to determine negligent in the Municipality of Baghdad on the implications of recent rains,” it added.
