Demonstrators set fire to Ninewa provincial council building

NINEWA / Aswat al-Iraq: Protestors set fire to the Ninewa provincial council building on Friday shortly after storming it, Aswat al-Iraq news agency correspondent said.
Hundreds of protestors had stormed the building, while others raised Iraqi flags over its roof.
Security forces remained peaceful and did not open fire on the angry men.
