BAGHDAD/ Aswat al-Iraq: Independent Election Commission announced today that the start of media campaign of the coming provincial election will commence on 1st of March next, instead of the 20th.

The Commission approved the participation of 265 entities in Baghdad and other provinces.

The elections will be made on 20 April, 2013.
