KIRKUK / Aswat al-Iraq: Police sources said today that a terrorist was arrested while he was driving a car loaded with bombs in the southwest of the city.

 

The source told Aswat al-Iraq that the terrorist was born in 1988, who was trying to enter the city through a police check point.

 

When the terrorist was ordered to stop, he tried to flee and shot the guards at the checkpoint, leading to wounding one of them, the source added.

 

"The police fired back, hitting the terrorist," he source elaborated.

 

After searching the vehicle, it was discovered that it was full of TNT explosives, but no other details were given.
