BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari received on Thursday morning Grandi Filipoa Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) and the delegation accompanying him.

 

“They discussed Iraq's relationship with the agency and a number of topics of common interest, including the assistance provided by the agency for Palestinian refugees,” the foreign ministry said in a statement.

 

The Minister stressed his support for Iraq's implementation of all financial commitments on Palestinian refugees based on its official and fixed positions for the issue of the Palestinian people.
