ANBAR/ Aswat al-Iraq: Police sources said here today that one civilian was killed and another wounded in an armed attack by unknown gunmen.

 

The attack was directed at their house in Amiriyah area, south of Falluja, as the sources added to Aswat al-Iraq.

 

Precautionary measures were taken.

 

The sources added that the two victims were only civilians who have no relations with the security forces or pro-government Sahwa members.

 

Amiriyah area lies 18 km south of Falluja.

 

Falluja lies 60 km west of Ramadi, center of Anbar province, which is situated 110 km west of the capital, Baghdad.
