WASSIT/ Aswat al-Iraq: Security sources said here today that the security forces scattered all over the province in precautionary measures following intelligence information of entering bombed cars in the province.

The source told Aswat al-Iraq that police forces took "wide precautionary measures in the streets and check-points of the province".

These measures were taken due to intelligence information that a number of bombed cars entered the province, the source added.

Kut, center of the province, lies 180 km south east of the capital, Baghdad.
