DIALA/ Aswat al-Iraq: Diala appeal court sources announced that a death sentence was issued against a convict implicated in attacking an army force by a bomb explosion.

Judge Hussein Hassan told Aswat al-Iraq that the terrorist operation was committed last June, 15 km north of Baqouba, that resulted in killing a Captain and injuring two,
