BAGHDAD/ Aswat al-Iraq: Vice-President Khudhair al-Khuza'i endorsed 28 death verdicts for "terrorism" convicts, close official said here today.
The source added that the convicts were proved having sabotage actions, but no other details were given.
President Jalal Talabani rejected endorsing death verdicts for being one of those lawyers who signed an accord against death sentences around the world.
