MISSAN / Aswat al-Iraq: Three drug dealers were arrested on Monday in the city of Amara, Missan's Police Department said.

 

"Anti-Drug forces arrested three dealers in the city of Amara, the third of its kind in the province after arresting six last October," Chief of the Police General Ali al-Hashemi told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.

 

"The arrest came in accordance with Article 14 Drug," he added, without giving more details.

 

Amara, the capital of Missan, lies 390 km south of Baghdad.
