ANBAR / Aswat al-Iraq: One civilian was killed and three more were injured by an improvised explosive device in west of Ramadi, a police source said.

 

“An improvised explosive device went off in al-Jry neighborhood in central al-Heit district, west of Ramadi, killing one civilian and injuring three,” the source told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.

 

“Security forces sealed off the whole area and carried the wounded to a nearby hospital,” the source, who asked for anonymity, added.

 

Ramadi, the capital of Anbar, lies 110 km west of Baghdad.
