BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: Head of Iraqi National Wifaq Movement Iyad Alawi stressed the importance of coming provincial election, due next April, and necessity for better preparations.

 

During his meeting with the heads of branches of the Movement in Baghdad and other provinces, he stressed the real responsibility to be shouldered on them to wage these elections.

 

 

Wifaq Movement was established in 1975.

 

 

The last provincial elections were made in 2009 all over Iraq, except for Kirkuk and the Kurdish region.
