Prevention of MPs to enter Baghdad denied

 BAGHDAD/ Aswat al-Iraq: Parliament Security and Defence Commission MP Hassan al-Sinaid denied today the news that the security forces prevented some MPs from entering the capital, Baghdad.

In breaking news by semi-official Iraqiya TV, the State of Law MP Sinaid confirmed that no action was made by Baghdad Operations Command in this regard.

: Iraqiya bloc MP Mudh-hir al-Janabi stated yesterday that a security force prevented him from entering the capital, Baghdad, upon instructions from the Commander-in-Chief's office.

In a statement by his office, he added that his bodyguards were prevented from entering Baghdad, which obliged him to hire a taxi to enter the capital.
