BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: The Secretary General of the White Bloc, Jamal al-Bateekh, said today that the formation of any military force without the prior knowledge of the armed forces command is "unacceptable and contravenes with the constitution."
In a statement by his office, he stressed that all should function according to the constitution.
He stressed the need to resort to the federal government in any decision to be taken "because it is the center of decision making in the country."
Kurdish Peshmarga's Secretary General denied the formation of Himreen military command in the Kurdish region to counter the formation of Dijla military command in Kirkuk.
