SALAH AL-DIN / Aswat al-Iraq: Three policemen were wounded when a bomb exploded targeting their vehicle in east of Tikrit, a police source said.
“Unknown gunmen exploded a house under construction belongs to Major Jassem al-Ugeili from the Nationality Department, east of Tikrit,” the source told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
“Policemen rushed to the house, but a bomb exploded while they were heading to the house, injuring three of them,” he added.
“Ant-bombs squad managed to defuse seven bombs planted in central Tikrit,” the same source said.
