Njirvan Barzani will visit Baghdad when necessity arises, Kurdish govt.

ARBIL/ Aswat al-Iraq: Kurdish region government spokesman denied that Premier Njirvan Barzani did not receive any official invitation from Premier Nouri al-Maliki to visit Baghdad.

Sifin De'za'i added that Njirvan Barzani will receive the federal capital when necessity arises.

He added that "there are attempts to solve bilateral differences with Baghdad and the Iraqi crisis as a whole", confirming that "dialogue is the best way to solve them".

There are a number of differences between Baghdad and Arbil, including oil questions, Peshmarga forces, the Kurdish share in the national budget and the disputed areas between the two sides".
