BAGHDAD/ Aswat al-Iraq: Turkey stressed that the increase in violence in Iraq before US withdrawal anniversary is "aimed against the unity of the Iraqi people".
In a statement by Turkish foreign ministry, it stressed that "Turkey is honestly endeavoring to guarantee the security and stability of Iraq and will continue its solidarity with the Iraqi people against terrorism".
On the other hand, the statement condemned the recent explosions all over Iraq, including those occurred in Baghdad and Kirkuk, which resulted in tens of casualties.
