Iraqiya bloc ministers boycott Cabinet meeting for consecutive 3 weeks
BAGHDAD/ Aswat al-Iraq: Iraqiya bloc announced boycotting today's Cabinet meeting in protest for "neglecting the demands of the demonstrators".
In a statement, copy received by Aswat al-Iraq that its ministers will continue their duties in their ministries.
Last week, the Cabinet held its meeting with the absence of Iraqiya bloc ministers, but the Kurdish ministers attended the meeting.
Since 22 December 2012, Anbar province witnessed massive demonstrations and sit-in, in addition to Ninewa, Salahal-Din, Diala, Kirkuk and Baghdad demanding the release of innocent detainees and prisoners, while others called for toppling Maliki's government.
