Call for Anbar people to discard denominationalism, Dawa Party leader

BAGHDAD/ Aswat al-Iraq: A leading Dawa Party parliamentarian headed by Premier Nouri al-Maliki, called Anbar people to work for the unity of Iraq and preventing "denominational attitudes".

MP Waleed al-Hilli, in a statement to Aswat al-Iraq, today, called for the unity of Iraq and preventing denominationalism attitudes and inclinations.

The call followed the increasing protests, demonstrations and civil disobedience in Anbar province that were extended to Salahal-Din and Ninewa provinces.

The demonstrations took the form of peaceful protests, which concentrated on national unity that was proved by the participation of the Sadrist Trend and mid and southern tribes of Iraq.
