BAGHDAD/ Aswat al-Iraq: Chairman of Parliamentary Foreign Relations Commission announced delivering a letter from Premier Nouri al-Maliki to Sudanese President Omar al-Basheer on the challenges facing the Arab and Islamic worlds.
He disclosed that a "preliminary' agreement was reached to visit each other, as well as initiating experts to discuss bilateral cooperation.
Chairman of the Commission Humam Hammoudi met President al-Basheer, according to his media office.
Hammoudi delivered Maliki's letter to President al-Basheer who was fully acquainted with the situation in Iraq.
Experts will meet in the coming days to discuss cooperation in fields of economy, oil and trade exchange, as stated by the media office.
Hammoudi is visiting Khartoum to attend the 8th Conference of Islamic Cooperation Organization, 17-22 January 2013.
