Too early to build nuclear reactor in Iraq, Zebari

BAGHDAD/ Aswat al-Iraq: Foreign minister Hoshiar Zebari said here today that "it is too early to talk on Iraqi nuclear reactor", pointing that Iraq fulfilled its obligations towards the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).

In a press conference with IAEA director general Yukiya Amano, attended by Aswat al-Iraq, he added that the additional protocol permitted Iraq to use nuclear energy for peaceful purposes.
