ARBIL/ Aswat al-Iraq: Kurdish region president Masoud Barzani announced, today, readiness to have dialogue with Baghdad.
He connected the coming dialogue by mutual Iraqi army and Kurdish Peshmarga withdrawal.
Barzani excluded discussing a replacement for President Jalal Talabani, as well as that the matter was not discussed at all at the present time, "because Talabani is still alive".
The main two Kurdish parties, Democratic and National Union, held a joint meeting in Sulaimaniya to discuss the latest developments in Kurdistan and Iraq as a whole.
PNA site quoted Barzani, in a press conference, saying that "we are always with the dialogue to solve problems with the federal government and we are ready for further dialogues to solve pending questions".
Barzani stated that the Kurds will not accept the status quo policy.
