21 arrested for terrorism charges south Baghdad

BAGHDAD/ Aswat al-Iraq: Commander of an Army Brigade announced here today that his forces conducted a security campaign south of Baghdad that led to arresting 21 suspects for terrorism charges and seizing great quantities of weapons, according to a statement issued by ministry of interior.

The statement, copy received by Aswat al-Iraq, added that 52 bombs and six silencers were seized.

It added that the operation was conducted upon intelligence information and previous confessions of terrorists.
