BAGHDAD/ Aswat al-Iraq: Security sources said here today that six of Karbala holy shrines' visitors were wounded by a bomb blast on their return home south east Baghdad.

 

 

The source told Aswat al-Iraq that the explosion resulted in damaging a civilian vehicle.

 

 

Karbala city witnessed for the last week the influx of millions of visitors to its holy shrines marking the commemoration of the 40th day of martyrdom of Iman Hussein.

 

 

Among the visitors were thousands from Arab and foreign countries.
