"Bread Revolution" ignited in Iraq, Sadrist MP
BAGHDAD/ Aswat al-Iraq: Sadrist Ahrar bloc MP Baha' al-Araji described Iraqi government decision on food ration card as "catastrophic".
He pointed out that the stands taken by Sadrist leader Muqtada al-Sadr and some political circles obliged the government to cancel its decision.
Araji described the situation ignited "bread revolution" in Iraq.
He added that "the government cannot control anything, as promised for the security situation".
