DUHUK / Aswat al-Iraq: Anti-Turkish PKK party sources reported today that 12 Turkish soldiers were killed and three wounded in clashes near the joint borders with the Kurdish region.
The source told Aswat al-Iraq that three of its fighters were killed in the clashes two days ago.
Border areas witness continued armed clashes between the two sides, amid reports of expected political negotiations with party leader Abdulla Ocalan to disarm PKK for granting them some of their demands.
