ARBIL / Aswat al-Iraq: Kurdish political circles, headed by President Masoud Barzani, called to immediate cancellation the Dijla Operations Command, as it is a "constitutional violation."
A meeting was held among the Kurdish political circles to discuss the problems related to Dijla Operations Command in Kirkuk and cut off areas.
The conferees agreed that "the rule in Iraq witnessed a basic setback, including violation of the constitution, utilizing the military in political conflicts, corruption and deepening political differences."
They decided to send a message to the National Alliance and other political components in the Iraqi federal parliament to explain the unified stand of the Kurdish people and warn against unilateral rule, the return of dictatorship and violations committed against national partnership.
The unity of Kurdish stands was stressed in the meeting, stressing that peace road should take the path of negotiations, as well as "full support to Kurdish Peshmerga and their preparedness to any undesirable possibility."
