BAGHDAD/ Aswat al-Iraq: Ex-Iraqi Central Bank of Iraq Governor Sinan al-Shibibi disclosed that the conflict with the Iraq government dated to 2009 when its request for a loan was rejected, expressing readiness to return to Baghdad if the arrest warrant is cancelled.

Through internet seminar organized by al-Mada organization, yesterday, and attended by a number of bankers, media organs and specialists, Shibibi reviewed the disputes with the central government.

During the seminar, Iraqi bankers' Association criticized the measures taken against, because "he (Shibibi) is an efficient and honest personality", as was quoted.
